Treetops Hawk
bred and owned by Mrs Judy de Casembroot in 1951.
This striking red brindle dog was known for tremendous quality and
ring presence, incl. fabulous movement, we very seldom see in the
modern greyhounds. He was BOB at Crufts in 1953 and 1955, won 14 CC’s
and several BIS wins. It was as a stud that he was to excel, getting
some 30 champions, incl seven English champions. You will often find
Hawk many times behind show greyhounds of today, known as “the daddy
of them all”.
